We are now able to get in and out of our spa gracefully. I cannot say easily because of our age. But without it we would still be in the spa waiting for someone to help us out.

Product description said “color:silver,” but more like brushed. Same mfr, apparently sells same handrail in “polished” under GoPlus. Since my other handrails are polished I bought the GoPlus, and need to find a home for the Vevor “silver.”

I bought this for my elderly mother who was having issues getting in and out of the pool. She would decide not to go in because she was afraid she wouldn't be able tobget out. It was pretty simple to put in with the right tools, you'll need your own. Not what comes with it it's sturdy and provides a great sense of security for mom.

Easy use good quality

The reason to send this back was the wrong rails for what the builder needed for our job.

Was just as described easy to install needed to be firmly locked into the concrete and works great The only suggestion that I would make is that the drill bit provided was only suitable for a Hilti so I had to buy a regular concrete drill bit to fit my standard hammer drill and the piece of flat metal that was supposed to be a spanner for was impossible to use as it was too flimsy to tighten the bolts into the concrete, I used a 1/2inch ratchet and even that took some force (which was to be expected as it

Looks good-feels good and is really helpful getting in and out of the pool as the legs age. Easy installation and surprisingly sturdy.

Wasn't sure about buying online, but was very happy with the purchase and speed of delivery. We bought two and they were very easy to install. (Unfortunately the supplied drill bit wouldn't sit central in my drill, so I had to purchase another one, but that is a minor issue as it was good to have one supplied with it in the first place). They are easy to use and a real help when getting in and out of the pool. Excellent item and easy company to deal with.

I was pleased with the product, and I was very surprised with the installation kit, everything you need, bolts and bolt covers, anchors, good quality masonry drill, a spanner of sorts (should be left out), Removable covers that will be great to avoid heat burns in the hot Queensland Sun, and even a piece of Scotch bright pad to clean up if required.
