I bought this to help me up and down the steps of my pool. The metal fittings that come with it are poor quality so I changed the rawl plugs and it is now sturdy and does the job well.

Does the trick but had to buy longer bolts for our application to get a better grip into pavers husband can now get out of pool easily

If you have small children or elderly swimmers, this is a great item. I cannot speak to any instalation questions. My husband and son installed it. Very pleased with it.

We used on our wooden deck to get in and out of the pool, my husband did have to use two two by fours to get hight but bolted down and so much safer and secure.

Works great and is very sturdy, wish we wouldn’t have waited so long to get one. Everything was included for installation but a hammer drill is needed for installing on a concrete deck.
