Great quality, price and easy to install. Comes with metal inserts and 4 lag bolts. Drill bit is included. Tip: use a smaller 1/4" drill bit first, then bore out holes with larger drill bit provided. This will help keep the 2.5 inch holes in the correct position! Lag bolts are high quality and you can screw them in at a slight tilt if needed, without breaking.

I have severe arthritis. I recently moved to Arizona and have a home with a lovely pool. Could not use the pool without someone to help me get up and down the steps. Finally decided to see if I could find a solution. This railing was a G-d send. I hired a contractor to install it. It took him about 20 minutes. One screw was damaged, but they responded to my request for a replacement very quickly. They were a pleasure to deal with. Wish I did it sooner!

my son didn't have any trouble installing rail/ the rail is very sturdy to hold on to. I recommend this rail to anyone that has kids or seniors to make it safe for going in or out on in ground pools

It installed well, I just wish the cover was longer. The drill bit didn't fit my motor but I had one that fit.

Sturdy, easy to install and speedy shipping

My only problem was I had a hard time finding someone to install. I finally asked my general contractor and he was able to install it in less than 15 minutes. Wish I had done this years ago as it has aided me in getting out of my pool as I have grown older.
