These aren't gorilla racks. I'd guess it's stamped 12ga steel. I have mine loaded up with 2-300lbs per shelf and I'm not concerned with the structural integrity. I do have a group 31 battery(60lbs in a 12\"x6\" footprint) and in the middle of the supports, it definitely causes some sag in the wire shelving. If you're pushing weight capacity, I'd cut some mdf or plywood to help distribute the weight. I might in the future just to aid sliding things around. Overall, I'm satisfied. If I needed more, I'd pay more for something more heavy duty, but I dont. Even with tools and various other heavy items, the only \"issue\" is the heavy battery too far from the supports which was easily fixed. I'll be buying another 2.

I purchased several storage shelving units. These are solid units that look beautiful. They are very sturdy and higher quality than anything I have purchased before. I would highly recommend this product. Kevin

These are nice and sturdy and provide our employees with plenty of room for storing items. They look nice and really help tidy up the place.

Well made shelves, but the instructions are not clear about how to attach the support posts that run along mid points of certain shelves, nor do the instructions provide any information about when these might be required. I chose to ignore that portion. Comes with a baby mallet to assemble, but you can save yourself some effort with a proper mallet.

Great shelf for the price. The wire shelving holds a lot of weight and hasn't buckled at all after several months. The shelf was very quick and easy to assemble and disassembles just as easily.

Solid storage shelving, used it to open up and organize my garage. Easy to make too, no tools required as they send gloves/rubber hammer with the set. Got three, have been great! Thanks!

It was easy to assemble, it holds quite a bit and it’s easy to move around if I need to. It’s a great size for smaller boxes and items. I feel like its a great value.

I bought this shelf unit for storing appliances that were taking up too much pantry space. It is good and sturdy and was easy to assemble. I caution you, however, to be sure and purchase heavy shelf liners because the grid openings on the shelves are large and the \"feet\" on your appliances will go through the wire. I got shelf liners, but still had to put cardboard beneath the liners to prevent the feet from poking through the liners.
