It works as described but straps to secure items are recommended. I tried it for the first time bringing up groceries from Costco. It was difficult at first but it cut down my trips up to the third floor by half so I am glad I purchased this cart.

Fantastic product! This is going to save my back when I move from a 2nd and 3rd floor apartment. It was a little tricky to attach the wheels when it came in the mail but I am ready to get boxes moving. Highly recommend for going up and down stairs. Might need a glove to wear when using this, as I can't fit both of my hands on the soft handle. Pushing may be fine, but when pulling upstairs, I noticed my hands sore from applying that weight directly from the metal to my hands. Otherwise, great product.

Works just as advertised. Never going back to the "old" hand carts. These star climbing ones are the only ones to have. Much more versatile and easier to move around with than grandpa's 1950's version. Happy camper am I. Would buy it again.

This is the best stair climber cart I have. It is also the least expensive. The wheels are big enough to get up and down stairs without gouging-out/tearing wooden stairs as the other one I have does. It is very sturdy. I am going to get another one, if that tells you anything about the value of the cart. Don't waste your money on the cheaply made, wobbly ones. I highly recommend it. It has a 330 pound weight capacity.

The stairs have a lip and this was difficult to get over the lip.

This cart is awesome.It does make it real easy for going up and down stairs. The cart is super easy to fold and unfold. This cart has certainly made my life much easier. It is certainly worth the money!

I haul all kinds of tools and parts up and down stairs. This thing is solid and lightweight.

The Cart is as advertised, but assembly is required, and no directions were included, and the online version is inaccurate: wheels are held by pins, not bolts. Not hard to figure out, tho.
