The filter seems to be well constructed and sturdy. The connectors and included adapters seem well made. Unfortunately, it just didn't work. I have a large amount of iron particles in my water. The stainless filter clogged within a day. The self-cleaning feature did almost nothing. The filter was not easy to clean, even when removed from the body, and clogged again quickly. I tried it without the filter, thinking maybe the spin idea would extract sediment. But then it did nothing. Very disappointing.

Nice filtering units. Easy to use. I wish the discharge tubing and opening was a bit larger to make flushing easier. 1/4 inch tubing is lacking, 1/8 inside diameter.
