Everything bolted up fine but the studs that the actual spare tire mounts with. They cross threaded 2 out of 3 bolts and had to be cut off. Everything else went on great.

Simple and durable item. Extra hardware provided. Includes handy locking nuts. The 2 piece black locking bracket is a nice feature, but poorly made, and does not thread onto the U bolt easily. It requires a padlock ( not Included) to actually function as a locking device.

Well built. Bolts and other hardware are satisfactory. Others complained nuts were tight and did not fit, all nuts supplied with the tire carrier are lock nuts and are supposed to be tight. As for lug nuts not fitting the bolts it should be noted there are several sizes and styles of lug nuts metric, sae, different thread sizes bolt sizes some even have reverse threads, let's be realistic, odds are your lug nuts likely won't fit. Short trip to the hardware or auto parts no problem. This thing is solid and does the job it was intended to do. Great deal and if your not happy with it (don't see why you wouldn't be) Amazon has free returns, what more could you ask for.

I like the idea, don’t like the way it sticks out. Installed, then Took off. Unsure I want it on the side. I would prefer to have it at the front by the hitch.

Trailer spare tire carrier really looks good and appears to be heavy duty quality build. Was very easy to install as all needed instillation hardware came with it. If I ever need another tire carrier I would defiantly buy again.

when used on a standard pocket, it will ne a little loose. It work for me so I would recommend this product
