It seemed easy to install, the only thing I could not do is connect the infrared, the same as downloading the application to be able to open and close from my iPhone. If you could give me the information on how to make it work from my iPhone without paying for an application, just as the advertisement showed when I bought it.

Product came in fast, was as described. No issues nearly a year after purchase.

Product looks small but strong enough for an 18ft gate....installation is not as easy as it is explain in the manual...installing the magnetic stop will have to do trial and error until getting a perfect fit...overall its worth the buck...hope it will served a good amount of time...

The instruction book did not give enough details on how to install it

This gate product is very quick at opening and very silent also! I have ordered an additional 2 more because I have a large project to complete. Pictures coming soon!

Took abit to understand. But works fantastic! I have it installed on a 25 foot gate!

We installed a new gate for our front porch and this item works like a charm. It took a little of trail and error due to almost losing some parts but other than that its been wonderful to use. You can even decide if you want to program it to avoid closing while there is something in between the gate! I am truly satisfied with it.

With the unit. that makes it easy for me to enter and leave my house with just a push of a button great product
