Gate opener operates perfectly. I had to improvise the mounting as there was no concrete to bolt to. I haven't gotten the app programmed yet but remotes and keypad work well. My gate is heavy but opens and closes smoothly.

Arrived super quick , exactly as described , perfect First class equipment. Functions well on a heavy pailing gate.

Do you have any videos that teaches how to program? The red sensor also how to program the telephone into the gate control opener.

I have yet to install this but I see this is constructed with strong and substantial components and I see no reason that it won’t work as described.

Easy enough to install. Thought the beams were wireless but they need hardwiring so you have to trench and run conduit. Could not get The smartphone App to work. But still a good value

I've had the gate opener for a few weeks now and have finally set it up so it works as intended. However I've lost my remotes during the time I've been putting concrete down, mounting the gate, running power lines and everything else on needs to do to get the thing working. I've tried to contact Vevor on the phone and through their "Bot" online chat but they all say that they don't sell spare parts for their products. They ask me for an order number. I don't have an order number and neither do I have the packaging in which the unit arrived. One guy on the phone took my phone number after looking up my order on his system and said someone would contact me to arrange some more remotes. Nothing happened. Not at all happy with the lack of after sales service. I've ordered other generic remotes from Amazon but I can't get them to pair with the Vevor unit. What can I do with a gate opener that I can't use?

It seemed easy to install, the only thing I could not do is connect the infrared, the same as downloading the application to be able to open and close from my iPhone. If you could give me the information on how to make it work from my iPhone without paying for an application, just as the advertisement showed when I bought it.
