I bought this for an upcoming knee surgery. It assembled easily, took about 10 minutes. Fits perfect in the tub. I am a 5’4” 254 lb woman and the seat with arms down just fits my wide behind/frame. Anyone larger may have some issues with comfort. It was easy to set the height of the legs and seems to be built well. The swivel release works well and the seat locks every 1/4 turn so 4 positions. Besides testing it out I haven’t actually used it yet as I am not having surgery until November but it appears it will work for me just fine.

I am a large man and at 6'2\", 351lbs, am at the top of this chairs weight limit. I tried to get comfortable after taking a shower and foolishly leaned back in the chair on its 2 rear legs and the left rear one's pin let go, allowing the partial collapse of the leg and the other legs to torque out of alignment. I was able to bend everything back close to its original position and lower the legs one level and make it work. I think that the chair is made fairly well and the only problem I have had is the seat cover tried peeling off. A little contact cement made a quick fix out of that!

As described by seller. Shower seat is very sturdy & swivel seat turns easily when you use the release mechanism. Nice to have the arms to assist in sitting & rising.

Elderly mom moved in with us and was having problems getting into the bath tub. This solved our problem. Great quality and now she can get in the bath easily!

It fit perfectly in my shower/bathtub combo, which was a relief. Very high quality, feels a lot more comfortable than I had expected. Unlike some other options, it doesn't seem to suction down onto the tub floor, but it is very stable as long as you don't lean back too much. It looks great, but assembly might be a bit difficult. For the most part it was easy, but assembling the backrest, attaching the backrest to the base, and attaching the shower head holder was really difficult for me. I succeeded on my own in the end, but depending on your disability you may need help in assembling those parts. Once assembled, it works perfectly, swivels nice and easily and automatically locks into place at 90 degree intervals, fits nicely in place, and feels very solid while in use. 10/10 recommend, but be mindful of the potential need for assistance in assembly!
