I read the reviews and watched some videos before ordering this. It is heavy, sturdy and seems well made. I bought the more expensive model because I use larger than 1/2 in bits occasionally and it won't take long to pay for the upgrade at the replacement price of larger bits. It takes a minute to figure out the process, the videos help a lot. I sharpened a lot of bits in about an hour on my first use. I even sharpened bits that were smaller than recommended by wrapping a piece of plastic sheet (cut from a plastic bag) around the small bits so they would tighten up in the collet. A little trial and error on the adjustments and bits look like new. I sharpened a few that had been broken and it worked just fine. Use this machine in the garage or outside. It makes some dust that would ruin carpet and be tough on furniture. I have been sharpening bits for my kids. I would buy this again but I don't think I ever will need to. The only problem is it needs a latch to hold the lid shut. I am going to add one when I get done sharpening all my bits,

This machine doesn't come with a fan blade according to Vevors customer service. I emailed their customer service for an answer about the fan blade. It was back and forth with customer service. I then asked for a rma number. Their response was we give $50.00 back on your credit card. I return a no. Their next response was $150.00 back on credit card. I agreed to this Hassel with the customer service dept. I haven't used it and probably not at all. As for ordering anything else from this company is a NO NO.

I followed some YT vids and in no time I had my whole drill bit set sharpened as new. This will pay for itself in no time and was a good buy.

This thing is very good. It will take a little to understand the directions/instructions, and get used to how it works. If you have the money, just buy it, you will never look back.

Well made sharpener. Relatively easy to use. Does generate a very fine dust. Has a port on the base that could be connected to a vacuum source but not discussed in the manual. Learning curve is easy. Just remember to clean after every half dozen or so sharpenenings. Very quiet machine. Uses ER20 and ER25 collets. Comes with both the ER20 and ER25 chucks. Wheels should last a long time. Tolerances are tight. Definetly a good purchase.

Excellent product. I have sharpened many bits already and they come out better than the factory sharpenings. This is by far an excellent product that will save you money and easily drill holes. Would buy again and would certainly recommend.

Easy to use. Works great. Smaller bits are a little harder to get right, but it's much easier than anything else I've used.

Have tried a couple of DD sharpeners, tried by hand on a grinder. Nothing worked well until I bought this sharpener. Its a little pricer than some but it works. Well built, nice design. Very consistent, makes a nice split point sharpened bit. Near fool proof, even for me!! Highly recommend.

I have tried other drill bit sharpeners. I find this to do the best job. It also does large drill bits. I have drill Dr i find it to be inconsistent. This sharpener is my go to sharpener now.
