if your a big strong man only takes you, smaller females, it's easier with two, BUT IT WORKS and is less expensive than the plumber especially if you don't want to murder those big trees in your yard.
It does as describes. The foot switch works, it's easy to push and pull the snake and the attachments work well. I would suggest using your own sturdy pair of leather gloves though. The ones that come with it are dangerous to use with this machine.
I liked it but when I fed the snake in and out several times it didn’t always go back in evenly and it was very out of balance and hopped a bit on the floor. Also the motor is either on or off. It would be great if it ramped up slowly. Otherwise great value
So glad i bought this. Had plumbers out a couple of times costing 250-300,00 each time. Bought this had to use it took 5 minutes paid for itself already and also knowing I don't have to worry about a clogged line.
The gloves that come with it are too grippy. Leather or felt gloves works much better. The cable kept getting hung in the gloves and wrapped around my hand. Never put kitty litter down your toilet. The spade cutter went right through it. I also used the C-Cutter afterward to make sure it was all gone and ran water down the pipe while I was running the drain cleaner. When pulling the cable out you will need some muscles.
It's now awaiting the next drain clog we get From Camel Thorn roots. This machine works on these tough plants. A 3 inch drain was 2/3 full of roots. It was work but successful.
The product came in as described. Easy to use. I had some issues with the size of the gloves, their customer support is very responsive and was able to compensate my needs. Thank you!!! Highly recommend
