This is a neat sauna blanket, just a bit heavy. I do appreciate the arms holes, making it possible to still do stuff while relaxing. The materials are a great quality. I do think this is quite beneficial.

Better health for less money

If you don't have the space for the budget for a sauna at home, I don't wanna pay the high prices of joining the club, but this is a great alternative. Infrared Technology for health is the wave of the future and this provides a very cost-effective and fairly convenient way to do this at home. I need a little bit of a hassle to pack and unpack it each time they use it but if you have a place you can leave it out then you're more likely to use it more frequently. The only problem that we have had is fighting over who gets to use it since there's only one and we're both interested to use it at the same time. It gets you a sweat which is great for the detoxification and well I can't say for sure, the infrared has made a difference yet we're gonna keep trying it. Very easy to use. Seems terrible and high-quality to last. Great value, especially when compared to the other options.

At first I didn't think anything was happening with this sauna blanket but after 14 minutes on level 4, I really began to feel the heat. The blanket is super easy to use and easy to store away. It feels like a weighted blanket and I can imagine this will really help my menstrual cramps. The hardest part was laying on the floor because I have back issues so I'll try it on the bed next time. I also suggest you wear clothes and socks because the inside gets warm. Overall I like it and the heat made my back feel better. You will sweat, so make sure you are hydrated before using.

Sauna blanket works as described! It heated up quickly and definitely helps with my back pain. The controller is easy to use and is intuitive. It's easy to set up, use and then store when done. Overall a great alternative to a large sauna tent.

80 Celsius?

It is easy to use, i have no way to check if it is real infrared, so I have to trust in the manufacturer. At the highest setting, 80 Celsius, it take the 60 min to get me to sweat lightly, adding the foil sheet accelerate the process, still , I should feel like I’m melting and that is not the case. This sais it is a great option for budget friendly home product. Daily use to get some benefit.

I have paid a monthly fee to go to a local place to get this exact treatment and now I can do it in the comfort of my own home. I was a little skeptical that it would be similar or give me the same benefits but I decided to give it a try. It comes in a fairly heavy box and is simple to set up. The materials and the quality are very good and it comes with 10 foil blankets to wrap around yourself if you want to really get your sweat on. I tucked myself in this and turned on the tv and wow, this works great! Total sweat session, works just like the place I go to and all from home. I got the one with the arm holes so I can grab my phone and have my hands free. Sweat, detox and feel great from home. Couldn't be happier. Excellent quality.

Between this and my sauna tent, I don't know which I like better!

I have a sauna tent, which, the best way to describe it, is have you ever seen the original \"Star Trek\" series, where Captain Christopher Pike is in that huge, robot-looking wheel chair? It's like that chair. it's nice, and effective, but it's big, requires setup, and isn't super-portable. At least not like this is. This sauna blanket is literally something I can wear sitting in my recliner. Or lying in bed. Or lying on the floor. Or lying / sitting on the couch. Or, if I pull out an extension cord, I can sit in the back yard in it. Needless to say, it's far more flexible and portable than my \"Christopher Pike\" sauna tent. The only downside? My sauna tent will also add moisture as well as heat. Of course, once you start sweating, does that really matter much? Not being an expert in saunas, my guess is, it doesn't matter THAT much to not have moisture like a \"traditional\" sauna, because you eventually produce your own. And whether you're inside a comet in outer space, in a droplet in the middle of the ocean, or in a bead of sweat coming out of your body, water is water. So, in a not insignificant way, this pretty much approximates a sauna with steam. Not exactly, but close. One thing that you want to keep in mind, is drink plenty of water when you use this. The temps this can create, along with preventing the convective cooling sweating normally provides, can create heat stress situations in individuals not accustomed to them, and maybe even if you ARE accustomed. In fact, one of the best reasons to get the model with the arm holes? Is so you can poke your arms out and have a drink of water. That right there is reason enough for me. I really like the build quality of the entire kit, from the blanket to the carry bag to the controller. Definitely use the included 'waffle blanket'. At least until you do what I intend to do, which is find a \"sauna suit\" to wear with this. I'm thinking a long-sleeve 100% cotton set of thermal underwear might
