Portable and easy to use
Sauna blanket works as described! It heated up quickly and definitely helps with my back pain. The controller is easy to use and is intuitive. It's easy to set up, use and then store when done. Overall a great alternative to a large sauna tent.

80 Celsius?
It is easy to use, i have no way to check if it is real infrared, so I have to trust in the manufacturer. At the highest setting, 80 Celsius, it take the 60 min to get me to sweat lightly, adding the foil sheet accelerate the process, still , I should feel like I’m melting and that is not the case. This sais it is a great option for budget friendly home product. Daily use to get some benefit.

This works amazingly well
I have paid a monthly fee to go to a local place to get this exact treatment and now I can do it in the comfort of my own home. I was a little skeptical that it would be similar or give me the same benefits but I decided to give it a try. It comes in a fairly heavy box and is simple to set up. The materials and the quality are very good and it comes with 10 foil blankets to wrap around yourself if you want to really get your sweat on. I tucked myself in this and turned on the tv and wow, this works great! Total sweat session, works just like the place I go to and all from home. I got the one with the arm holes so I can grab my phone and have my hands free. Sweat, detox and feel great from home. Couldn't be happier. Excellent quality.

Between this and my sauna tent, I don't know which I like better!
I have a sauna tent, which, the best way to describe it, is have you ever seen the original \"Star Trek\" series, where Captain Christopher Pike is in that huge, robot-looking wheel chair? It's like that chair. it's nice, and effective, but it's big, requires setup, and isn't super-portable. At least not like this is. This sauna blanket is literally something I can wear sitting in my recliner. Or lying in bed. Or lying on the floor. Or lying / sitting on the couch. Or, if I pull out an extension cord, I can sit in the back yard in it. Needless to say, it's far more flexible and portable than my \"Christopher Pike\" sauna tent. The only downside? My sauna tent will also add moisture as well as heat. Of course, once you start sweating, does that really matter much? Not being an expert in saunas, my guess is, it doesn't matter THAT much to not have moisture like a \"traditional\" sauna, because you eventually produce your own. And whether you're inside a comet in outer space, in a droplet in the middle of the ocean, or in a bead of sweat coming out of your body, water is water. So, in a not insignificant way, this pretty much approximates a sauna with steam. Not exactly, but close. One thing that you want to keep in mind, is drink plenty of water when you use this. The temps this can create, along with preventing the convective cooling sweating normally provides, can create heat stress situations in individuals not accustomed to them, and maybe even if you ARE accustomed. In fact, one of the best reasons to get the model with the arm holes? Is so you can poke your arms out and have a drink of water. That right there is reason enough for me. I really like the build quality of the entire kit, from the blanket to the carry bag to the controller. Definitely use the included 'waffle blanket'. At least until you do what I intend to do, which is find a \"sauna suit\" to wear with this. I'm thinking a long-sleeve 100% cotton set of thermal underwear might

Awesome
As a regular at the neighborhood sauna, I've been curious about home sauna solutions for a while now. This is my first time trying one like this and so far, I'm pretty impressed. I've used it a few times now and am starting to figure out the way to use it that works best for me. Laying directly on the floor hurts my back though rolling a towel up for the small of my back helped quite a bit. I recommend using a pillow and following the suggestion in the instructions to use a towel to help keep heat in around your shoulders. Next time, I'm going to bring in a lounging lawn chair to provide even more support and comfort. The sauna is very easy to set up and use. Just lay it out and plug the controller into the bottom and the power cord into a nearby outlet. The controller cord is long enough to put up by your head to control easily once inside. I prefer using it necked so I use the provided waffle weave blanket to prevent my skin from sticking to the inside and to help capture my sweat. I have a high heat tolerance and level 6 for 30 minutes is just long enough to begin a good sweat. I've been staying in 10-15 beyong the sauna turning off to allow my body to really swat it out. I recommend keeping water nearby and using it somewhere that is near a shower to rinse off afterwards. I keep mine in the bag it came with between uses.

This is the real deal
I have wanted an infrared sauna blanket for quite some time...basically as soon as I saw one. I'm active and I still lift (heavy) so the older I get the more I have to find ways to prevent injuries, especially pulls and strains, and beat the soreness. I have an infrared bicep cuff and an infrared shoulder unit but these are both intended for spot use and they are small; Each of these has the same sized pad which is about 8\" square. I appreciate them and have used them extensively (I have one on my right arm right now) but they do not cover my entire body and at this point in life, I need that level of coverage. There are days when I have had a heavy gym week and have done a bunch of work around the house and my entire body just hurts. My typical go-to is the saltwater hot tub we have out back but that's not always a possibility nor is it portable. Last night I set up this infrared sauna blanket and used it for the first time. They recommended 15-20 minutes and a medium heat to get a feel for it. Who does that? I turned it to the highest setting and shot for 30 minutes. I combined the therapy with my cervical digital traction unit (I had to put my head somewhere) and climbed in. They provide a waffle pattern spa blanket and I highly recommend using that as it does get HOT. I found that any skin that touched the bottom of the sauna blanket was hot enough that I made sure to move the blanket underneath me - including my feet. It takes a few minutes to get warmed up but it gets quite hot in there. I made it 27 minutes before I had to shut it off and I was drenched in sweat by then. I felt really good though. I am usually creaking and groaning to get off the couch when I finally stop moving and cool down through the day but after spending time in this, I got up and walked around a bit until I had dried off enough to sit back down on the couch, and 45 minutes later when we went to bed I got up and moved. It was a surprising but great experience. I went in

This sauna feels great!
I've always like the feeling of a nice sauna, so we ordered this one for home use. This infrared sauna is easy to set up in just minutes. It seems to be made really well too. It has 6 different temperature levels from 95 to 185 degrees. We got the one with arm holes so I could use my phone or read while using the sauna. The remote control has settings for the power, temperature and timer. The timer can be set for up to 60 minutes. The whole sauna weighs just over 18 pounds and comes with a nice storage bag.

Sweat It Out, Anytime, Anywhere
I dove into the world of at-home saunas with this VEVOR Sauna Blanket. Honestly, if I could afford an actual home sauna, I’d jump at the chance, but who has that kind of money? Until I hit the lottery, this is a good substitute. I’m a firm believer in the benefits of saunas. They help with detox and muscle relaxation. So that was my baseline for reviewing this sauna blanket. Does it make me sweat for detox and do my muscles feel more relaxed after using it? The answer to both of those is a resounding YES! The temperature control and timer are easy to set. I can tailor my sweat session to exactly what I need, whether it's a quick detox boost or a longer, muscle-soothing unwind. I chose this model because of the arm holes. I have a hard time just lying down, not doing anything. With both hands free I could use my tablet the whole time. I know it’s not the best for relaxation, but what can I say? It’s easy to use and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

A Game-Changer for My Wellness Routine
The far infrared technology really helps with detoxification. After a long day or a workout, using this blanket not only relaxes my muscles but also helps eliminate toxins from my body. It's like having a spa treatment in the comfort of my own home. One of the things I love most is the temperature control and timer. With 6 temperature levels and a timer that can be set from 1 to 60 minutes, I can customize my sauna session to fit my needs perfectly. Whether I want a quick sweat session or a longer, more relaxing experience, this blanket has me covered. And the best part? It's foldable and portable! I can easily take it with me on trips, to the office, or even use it while working out. The included carrying bag keeps it clean and ready for use anytime, anywhere. I would suggest getting a sauna suit. It should help keep inside cleaner & facilitie multiple household users better.
