Works great, so much better than the pump that came with the pool. Husband is happy with it so I'm happy.

So...we had to use Youtube in order to figure out how to put it together because the directions don't. But we have it working and its amazing-we didnt get all the sand out during the initial rinse, so we got some into the pool but we can now SEE that the filter is cleaning up that sand, too! Its quiet and it has a timer! We had some trouble with the hose fittings, so we wnt to a hardware store and they helped us figure that out. Order some conversion kits or use the clamps they provide. We have a coleman 18'x48\" and the clamps work just fine.

Had a pump that came with the pool not have enough gpm's so bought this I had one similar before I moved so this should work really well for my pool

I love how the power moves the water , The additional basket in the pump. You will need 100 Lbs of #20 pool sand .. You cannot use Play sand , Also you will need the the adapter for the fittings to screw in for the 1.5 in to adapt the larger hose connection it comes with . the pump can screw on 2 in on outside or the fitting screws inside 1.5in but use the thin water line tape ,, Watch a youtube video ,,

Very easy to setup. Very powerful and really quiet if I didn’t see the water moving I wouldn’t even know it was running. Worth every penny

Works great with my 3000 gallon above ground pool. Had to upgrade pool hoses. Would like for a couple of more adaptors to be made available to purchase with this item, to upgrade to 1 1/2 hoses.

Added this unit with twice the power of one that came with a 8'X5' above ground. Customized it by installing a drain in the center of the pool itself. Now; I allow myself 20 minutes, revolving once every two minutes, in my own personal (rotisserie.) Perhaps thirty minutes next week. Very relaxing!

So far I am very pleased with the overall looks and the ease to assemble. I made sure to purchase the same specifications that was on my previous pump and sand filter. Once I got all of the parts out of the packaging the size of the sand filter is alot smaller than my previous and it doesn't hold as much sand either. The performance seems to be doing okay. My pool it seems is harder to keep clean but that could be just me.
