We bought this for our above ground pool but never used Yet ,Our pool was damaged and could not use. Have to try it next season.

Good strong pump only problem I've had is the lid on the pump has leaked since day one and can't seem to make it stop

OMG WHERE TO START FROM! I HAD A LEAKAGE ON MY OLDER JACUZZI VALVE SAND TANK SO I TRIED TO ORDER IT BUT IT WAS IN BACK ORDER SO I DESIDED TO ORDER A WHOLE SET OF PUMP AND SAND FILTER TANK WITH VEVOR, THE PACKAGE 📦 CAME WITH A LOT OF MISSING PARTS SO I CONTACT THE SELLER TO LET THEM KNOW BUT THEY ASK ME TO SEND THEM A PROOF OF VIDEO AND PICTURES WHICH I DID, I'VE BEEN TOLD SOMEONE WILL EMAIL ME TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY GONNA SHIP IT OUT, THIS WAS ON OCTOBER 10TH MAYBE BUT TILL TODAY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY EMAIL CONFIRMATION. SO I'M GONNA HOLD ACCOUNTABLE VEVOR COMPANY IF ANY DAMAGE WILL OCCUR ON MY SWIMMING POOL. ITS A SHAME I WAISTED MY TIME AND ENERGY WITH THIS COMPANY. I'LL MAKE SURE NOT TO LET ANY OF MY FAMILY AND CUSTOMER’S AS A BUSINESS OWNER TO PURCHASE ANY OF VEVOR PRODUCTS. WHAT A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 0/5

I have fought with this thing for 2 weeks SO ANNOYING it works for 5 seconds then nothing. I have watched every video with no success. I just want my money back

Good pump/filter wait for sale. Would purchase again if needed. Good place for a good price on most everything?.........

This was purchased to upgrade from the Bestway pump and filter that came with our above ground pool. I can honestly say that I’m quite satisfied with the results. This pump moves a lot more water, is much quieter and has more features than the Bestway. Since the filter is much larger than the original I don’t have to backwash it nearly as often as before. The set up of this equipment was easy and the instruction were adequate, not great. It’s been about a month since the installation and I’m very pleased with my purchase. I hope it lasts for a few years, it looks well made. It’s not a StayRite or a Hayward or Pentair but it’s definitely an upgrade from the Bestway or Intex. Only time will tell if it last but I have a good feeling about this one.

little trouble hooking it up to our pool but with one trip to the hardware store it works great. This is not a pump for a specific pool so you will need new fittings in most cases. Works great

I purchased this to replace the small pleated filter that came with our pool. The setup was more complicated than it needed to be as there wasn’t very good documentation as to where the hoses went and I had to improvise a couple connections because the connection to the output was not threaded. Overall we’ve been happy with the flow of water through the filter. We have to backflow every 1-2 weeks to keep it moving the volume of water we expect. I wish there was a valve on the motor’s filter basket as it gets air bubbles in there sometimes that is difficult to bleed out. Definitely worth the money, but I wish the setup had been easier

I now have mutipule Vevor products and it all started with shopping for a sand filter pump for my 16' above ground pool. I purchased last spring looking to find something to make pool maintenance easier. Shopping for a sand filter I started to become discouraged because I couldn't find anything large enough within my price range until Vevor's sand filter unveiled itself across my screen. After reading reviews I decided to make the purchase. The pump arrived just within a couple of days. Upon opening the box, everything was packed very well. As I was taking the contents out of the box, I could tell everything was high quality. Setup was simple and straightforward. This Vevor sand pump has been keeping my pool looking great all summer long with no issues and I know it will last me for years to come. Purchasing this high quality pump at at the price I paid makes me feel like I found a Picasso painting at a thrift store. Been running flawlessly constantly for 5 months and sad to have to shut it down for the winter soon. THANKS VEVOR! Ps- wanted to upload pics but says my file size is too large

This is an awesome product for the price ! I was having trouble with my water until I installed this and like magic it was clear ! I had paper filters before. Only problem was the hoses being too short but we fixed that . easy to clean easy to setup and use.
