Great Chair......................................................................................................................................................
I do mechanical work on both my trucks and equipment I'm at the age it helps to have a good reliable work shop work stool I'm well pleased with shop stool, so pleased I'm getting one for my son in-law for his birthday.
Maybe 3 inches too tall. Other than that, the guys in the shop are always sitting in it, if I'm not. Very comfy, reasonably priced, and so far standing up to the wear of old guys borrowing it.
the stool is nice easy to put together very strong the wheels are large enough to hold the weight and roll easy the tray turns around when you are sitting in one position
Very sturdy construction.
One design flaw. The casters have a hex nut attached to them that fit into the bottom of the stool, which is great when you go to tighten up the nut on the other end. The only problem is the plate that the nut on the bottom of the caster goes through Isn't thick enough and the nut sticks out on the other side? And you can't tighten up the top nut.
Also the washers that are given don't work.
I had to use thick 3/8 washer on top of the washers that it came with.
Overall the stool is a very sturdy addition to any workshop however there were a few issues with the hardware supplied to assemble the unit. The wrong washers were supplied for some of the bolts so I had to replace them with something more suitable. The seat cushion is a bit thin and sitting on the chair for a long time is a bit hard on your butt. Having said that I will be buying a second one for the workshop and modifying it to meet my needs
