I bought this for a thin-framed female employee. The wheel stripped out from the screw socket and became unusable. I tried to return, but they would not let me do it. I own several successful businesses, and I have been testing the quality of their items through several purchases. Time after time, the quality is poor. I will no longer give them the benefit of the doubt. Time is money, and they are worth doing business with.

lever fell of no easy repair , bought it Sep 01, 2024 02:11:31 and today handle fell of very lite use not a happy camper, can't seem to upload a pic, good luck on yours if you're buying one wheels are nice, the seat is big and comfy, if you like it at one height then this chair might be for you, lever broke off right at the weld something they should address and get fixed , no idea on warranty dobut will hear from them contact site don't have much options to post, they should make it easier to upload pictures so forth

Based on review videos and comments, I thought this chair was going to be worthy of the nearly $100 price tag. Again, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, the seat looks good but when you flip it over you soon realize the base is a cheap wooden base that over time will eventually crack and break. The frame is thin and although the casters are on the large side, they were very cheap and not smooth in operation! None of the bearings had any grease or any lubrication. I just see this share eventually failing as any other cheap chair will, especially when the bottom seat material could not even be stapled evenly with many open areas to get caught or eventually just fall. I would rate this at even lesser quality level then harbor freight! Hopefully there can be something done to improve the seat base and making the overall construction a little more robust, because one roll of this chair and accidentally grabbing a crack in your driveway could potentially be the end of the chair and injury of the person sitting in it! The chair is great and Vevor is exceptional. I had a problem with delivery and Vevor was very quick to resolve the issue.

I have searched for ages for a stool that would easily roll around my driveway. It's concrete with a crack here and there, but not bad. Every other stool I've tried gets hung up on the expansion joints and cracks.. this one just glides along! Highly recommend!!

works great as described only complaint would be sometimes your feet hit the bottom, rotating tray, other than that excellent product

Very useful stool. Rolls nicely and is comfortable. The tray on the bottom is nice but it is not very sturdy, flops around a lot.

I bought for my uncle who has mobility problems but still wants to be able to work in his shop. He has found it to be very stable and easy to use.

Saves my back a load. Much better than their stool...It rolls so easy that it'll roll away on a slight incline. I like it . Big rubber wheels are soft..Brake is hard to lock, but does.
