Like the price and size.

Had a little problem with it shutting off and an error code kept coming on. Was not happy with it. Contacted customer service and they were very reasonable and sent a new circuit card for it. Been running it since.

I needed a new tumbler after my Harbor Freight unit died. I found these much cheaper here with much more in the box. The price was so good (Amazon Coupon) that I bought two. Together they were cheaper than my one HF tumbler. Frankly, these look better and have far more functions. You can set the speed and amount of days it runs. The manual has easy to read suggestions and charts. On top of the unit itself it comes with powders, ceramic beads, stones, jewelry mounts, small sifter and a very easy to follow manual. My old one came with NONE of these! This thing can tumbling stones 5 minutes after the package is delivered. The only con son far is the weight of the base. It's very light. I didn't put enough water in one of the cycles and the barrel got off balance. The whole thing \"walked\" off the counter. This is an easy fix. Place something heavy in a couple of spots around it as a backup. On the plus side, this showed me that it can take a lick and keep working. Plus, it didn't leak a drop. Frankly, this is one of the best buys I've gotten on Amazon. I'm putting this in my gifting list for Christmas presents.
