Works great for a starter Tumblr, but does take a long time to shine rocks

I have owned several small tumblers in my 66 plus years, but this is the best one yet. It is direct drive so there is no belt to replace, IF you can even find one that fits. It is very quiet and the drum seals perfectly. One that I owned turned too fast and therefore did not polish as quickly as it should have. This one turns at a proper speed so the grit will tumble properly and do a good job. I had a small problem with the grit which they resolved very fast, so they have excellent customer service too. They have contacted me several times, both to make sure that the issue was resolved AND to just make sure that I was satisfied. I will check to see what other products they may sell with the experience I have had with this little gem.

Bought and have used it since. Works great and its a good size for most rocks.

The tumbler seems to be running fine right out of the box. I wonder if the people having problems with it stopping might be overloading it. I set the first batch for 4 days. I expected it to count down but it stayed on 4 for the first 3 days. It finally went to 3 on the 4th day. We'll see what happens tomorrow but I will probably have to just shut it off manually. Other than the faulty timer it is living up to expectation.

Only reason why I give you a good review on this one is because my little girl loved it because she has a big heart but you’re just like Burger King and everybody else post it looking all big and fancy then you send some Whoopty to little thing

great tumbler. no problems I now have 2. the rubber tumbler seams thick and strong the lid locks tightly.

First time tumbling and quite pleased with the results. Some of the provided rocks were too soft to tumble with others so got very small. We did add more jasper and a few other rocks to fill the barrell. The motor was not able to spin it with the media at speed 4 but after removing the media it worked fine. Followed the speed and time ranges otherwise but added a clean cycle with borax before and after the final stage. Overall happy with the product hopefully it will last plenty more batches.

Delivery was quick, and tumbler was as described. It works well; is very quiet and unobtrusive. I am pleased with it.
