Very disappointed in the company, I was not happy with the purchase and wanted to return it, Vevor wanted videos and pictures. It’s ok, I’ll keep it and never buy from them again

At first I thought this was a great product. But asbyiu use it you realize is starts to get sluggish rewinding itself. If you look inside you see what appears to be a plastic chain that operates the rewind mechanism. It's only a matter of time before it breaks or strips.

All is good, but missing the pin so that it can swivel on my hose reel. The pin was not in the package.

Wow what a find, it is absolutely fantastic installs in minutes and works great. Actually it is so good I’m buying another for the back yard too

Very nice looking retractable hose reel. My biggest and only complaint is that the pressed on fitting at the end of the hose where you would install the sprayer leaks and cannot be repaired. After I screwed on the sprayer and used it to wash my travel trailer it constantly leaks and runs down my arm. I attempted to removed thr sprayer however the pressed on fitting rotates as it should and I cannot removed the sprayer as there is nothing substantial to hold onto to remove it. Looks like I'll have to cut off the hose on the end in order to remove the sprayer. Vevor took the cheap way out in this design aspect. Very disappointing.

Found it to be to expensive .

This reel actually works like shown. Have bought additional ones as gifts, as it is so nice not to deal with coiling or cranking to put the hose away. The nozzle is not super quality, but you generally replace that with a brass nozzle anyway. Worth buying.

Haven’t used it yet since I is winter. Installed the bracket, everything else looks fine.Not into frozen hoses!

Easy install. Works well extending the hose. When retracting the hose, you need to help guide it on the spool keeping it in the center of the spool. Otherwise , it will bunch up on the side and stop. Hose tends to kink when extended (5/8” hose) and cut off water.

MAKES LIFE EASIER IF USING LONG HOSES! Storing the hose is so much easier than manually pulling long heavy hoses. My wife liked so much that I bought 2. Don’t but Giraffe brand. This is so much better than my experience with Giraffe.
