There is nothing super spectacular about the actual hose. It is your average hose but being able to mount it to a 4x4 and retract it means I no longer need to worry about the hose being out when mowing the lawn. My wife loves that it reaches to wherever she needs it to since it does not bind or kink and it reels back in very easy. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a hose and have less mess. I have used the hose reels and this is by FAR much MUCH better then those systems.

I bought 1 for my office to help with clutter. Liked it so much that I bought 2 more for my other offices.

Bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it easy for her to use and works fantastic. Very easy to install and range of motion is fantastic.

It was very easy to install. It's very easy to use and the self retracting mechanism works great, Im especially happy that I don't have to roll up the hoses anymore. I installed two of them and they both work great. I have been using it for one month and I'm very pleased with this product so far.

Was a bit unsure about this reel as it seemed expensive. Took the plunge and ordered anyway. Quality of the reel is excellent, hose returns pretty quickly (but not too fast). I was worried about the quality of the hose itself, it's a standard garden hose, very middle of the road, but, it's going to be enclosed in the reel 99% of the time, so I'm not overly worried about it getting leaks.

This hose is great! It came packaged rolled up and together and only required 4 screws to attach to your wall. The hose is retractable and after many pulls on the hose it went back to its home each time. The hose unit itself has a nice style to it, the orange makes me think of summer. Those hose itself is light weight and is not difficult to pull. When I purchased this was under 100 dollars and a great value considering the design and attachments it comes with. I performance tested all attachments and there was great water pressure with each mode. The size of the unit is rather compact considering hose length. I did knock it down 1 star as there was 1 kink I think due to packaging that took time to workout.

Working great so far. Really like the adjustable sprinkler that comes with it. Easy to mount and use. It comes ready to install. Just mount the braket and hook up the hose and your ready to enjoy a nice product
