Great price and after 1 year I would say good quality. Seems light duty but no complaints so far. I might buy another one.

Retractable hose extends and retracts very nice, tool made my life alot easier. Just what i expected.

I have installed this to a 4x6 post that I concreted into the ground. I drilled a hole on top of the wood for a solar light. The reel installed easy and as the instruction set. The hose is easy to pull out and put in. The hose is great and the two ends that they send are fine. The only issue I have is that the brass that holds the hose end is spinning in the end. This will have to be cut out and replaced.

Very nice product for watering plants and washing my vehicles, i defininitley would buy it again. It took me about 10 minutes to install.

Very high quality item. Retraction works very well. I would improve it by changing the plastic rod that holds the reel case to the bracket to a high grade aluminum

I had just recently changed my garden hose to an industrial type, as I found it annoying having to uncoil the cheap hoses forever. The new industrial type turned out to be no different. This product was advertised on several social medias, and while there are always unsatisfied people with on-line products, I decided to try it anyway and if it didn't work out, I had the Amazon return garantee. I have been using it for several days and was quite amazed to see how well it does work. The wall Installation was very easy and fast and the retractable system worked like a charm without having to fight the coils! So I have no problem to say I highly recommend!!

We are in the early usage stage but, so far we are extremely pleased! The quality appears to be excellent and the installation was not difficult. We are especially happy about no more reeling of hose or hose lying around! Our plans are to use a little longer and buy 2 more.

Hoses are no longer laying around. I put one on each side of the house and they blend in perfectly. Easy to use, even the kids store the hose now.
