This is I great product. It was the least expensive retractable house reel in the market. The only problem I have with it it’s that sometimes retracting the hose can be a pain as it gets stuck.

The hose nozzle broke on day one. The screws it comes with are absolute junk, you’ll need to buy good quality screws. I’m glad it came with a second nozzle but pretty bummed as this wasn’t exactly in the budget, but had to have it! It’s a good concept but needs some work!

Being self-employed this reel makes my job more efficient. I may purchase another one for my second trailer.

Bought this almost 2 years ago for our barn to make filling water buckets and troughs for horses easier. Got the thinner hose for the longer hose length that we needed to reach. Still works great, but have to make sure to keep hose from twisting when letting it roll back onto the reel. With proper guidance of the hose for rolling it up, I expect the unit to last for years to come. Made daily chores in the barn much easier with a lighter hose that is much easier to put away.

Love this real! Be sure to follow the manual and don't leave it out. I read it and did a good job for a year. The following year I forgot and left it out and it stayed out. This was my own fault. I live the hose real so much I bought a second one.

Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to install and use, works great with zero leaks. When thr job is done, no more pain trying to reel in your old hose, just a quick pull and automatically reels in 130 feet of hose with no problem. Definitely cleans up the area.

Pulling and out is not as smooth with out getting kinks in hose. Buy stainless steel hose and save yourself some headaches

Hose reel is good quality but have a little issue with the connection to the water gun...But VEVOR customer service take care of the problem and fix it RIGHT...Thanks

I mounted one of these and am pleased so far. I am concerned about the quality of the hose though, it is the plastic with synthetic strands cross hatched. If it doesn't last I hope that I can replace it to be able to continue using the reel. The reel is inside in a heated building so freeze thaw is not a worry.
