The price can not be beat. The only downside is the the hose is hard to pull out. Retraction is easy and fast. Also, water gun leaks a little. Does not seal effectively. But again, for the price, this item is certainly a go.

Bought three of these to put on my docks. very simple install with lag bolts provided. Put the bracket on a 4x4 and then put reel in bracket and drop in pin. Will be great to disconnect to put away for winter. Hose reel has a winder but it's made of plastic so im sure it is fragile. When i reel the hose back in i walk it in so it isn't too harsh and breaks the winder. Love the quick connect with two sprayers. Will be buying more to hook up to house

Works great I wish I had gotten the 5/8 inch one as instead. Just not as much flow as I would like. Although it works great

I have been using this for about 2 months. I use this mostly to water two raised garden beds that are 25 feet apart. I actually put a mark on the hose so I know when I have enough hose pulled out to reach both beds. The best part is giving a little tug and the hose is back in the reel in a matter of seconds. No more rolling up the hose! I installed it on a 4x4 post so there are no holes in house if I want to remove it. I have been very satisfied so far.

I was so tired of my hose rolled up on my patio or hand cranking it up in a holder. This was one of the best purchases I have made all year! It is so awesome to give a tug and the hose retracts...done! I do advise, be mindful of just how fast it retracts and keep a controlling hand on it. I am here to tell you it retracts FAST!

The hose reel works great, and now the water hose is stored out of the way and accessible when needed. The hose reel and hose are a great quality product as well as being reasonably priced.
