I waited too long to buy this - very handy to use hose and then reel back in. Unit swivels to front or back yard and the reel is powerful.

I do love it, it did come really fast I would give it a five star but when I’m winding it back up, it seems to get tangled and I always have to pull out a little bit that got stuck and rewind it to get it to be straight.

I bought this because I was tired of rolling up my hoses every time I wanted to wash my car or something. Product works great. The only thing I would change is the end where the gasket seals on the hoses. I had to double up the gaskets. Other than that it works great.

Nice hose reel except it leaks at the end connection where the hose is pressed on to the male fitting. Also once you install the sprayer it cannot be removed. The fitting into the sprayer spins and there is nothing to grab onto. I had to cut the hose to remove the sprayer because it froze and cracked due to not being able to remove it prior to freezing. Vevor cheaped out on this design just to save a few pennies.

Works as intended. Make sure water is drained from hose prior to retraction. Works much better. Seems to have good internal mechanisms.

This reel is nice, but don't overextend it. It can be difficult to get it to draw back in fully afterward. The quick connect included only attaches to the one nozzle though, not both.
