The winch is really nice for the price. Works really well. No problem with the hook up. Everything was right on the money. No drilling, no need to add anything. I would recommend this winch to everyone.

This is the second one I have bought. The1st is on my Dodge works great. The second I put on my jeep. I expect the same.

Work two times then quit. 400$ plus up a hogs but. There is no customer service. They try to do everything by email. No communication with a live person. I would not recommend.

I’m very pleased with the winch Fed ex not so much but shipping is not a reflection of the seller . The seller communicated with me and also checked with FedEx until my package was delivered.

Very heavily constructed except the gearbox… used it only 5 times and the gears stripped. Worked great until it didn’t. But after a couple of weeks of going back and top with VEVOR and videoing my husband taking it apart to show what’s the problem— small broken pieces of metal in gearbox and an awful grinding noise when engaged—they agreed to fully refund my purchase because the item was no longer available to be replaced.

Havent got it mounted but appears heavy duty. (12,000)# packed well good price. Time will tell but looks good for my needs. Mounting to car trailer to pull non functional vehicles aboard.

Works great so far. Pulled a shed on to the trailer it was bought for. Hope it lasts many years to come.
