I purchased 6 raised beds. They were delivered a few days late including four packages and two much later. The exterior appearance gave me the impression they were returned merchandize and sent to me some time later. ALL six boxes were in bad shape and all of the metal sheets inside were damaged in three of the four corners, with the corners' protective plastic parts broken. The customer service people, while courteous and attentive, did not solve the problem. After chatting online with a robot several times and waiting too long to actually chat with a human being, my problem was still not taken care of, and I could NOT talk to a person in authority to solve the problem. Only after contacting PayPal and explaining to them what was going on, and Pay Pal contacting Vevor, someone in authority emailed me to offer a 50% reimbursement if I kept the product, which I accepted. In retrospect, since ALL 6 packages were damaged, and I had to spend hours fixing all the 36 metal sheets before I could assemble them, I feel I ended up paying more than they were worth. I highly recommend giving authority to Vevor's customer service personnel to solve problems like mine without having to end up with frustrated and dissatisfied customers.
