VEVOR PVC Pipe Cutter, 0-2-1/2\" O.D. Ratcheting PVC Pipe Cutter This works very well. The Ratcheting operation makes it easier to cut a CPVC pipe. Included is a spare cutting blade. Nice!

Works great if you have more than a few cuts to make on your job. In that case, just use a simple cutter. The release on this is a bit clumsy to open the jaw so if you are doing a lot of cuts you may want something with a better release feature.
