Our kitchen is small, and I like to have a lot of supplies on hand, so a lot of our under-counter cabinet space is devoted to canned and bottled food storage. Trying to make sure we don't keep using the new stuff that just got put into storage, i knew i needed to be able to put my hands on pretty much everything at the same time. I knew i needed a pull-out, so i came to amazon to find a deal. I spent some time comparing/contrasting and chose this item as the best mix of performance and price. I went with a unit that was 3 inches less wide than my cabinet, because i knew i was going to install it at an angle (the door for this cabinet opens to a wall, and the handle does not allow the door to open all the way). Assembly and installation were easy, although i did use my own hardware to mount the slide to the cabinet, as the included screws seemed a bit small to me (In fairness, i KNEW that i was going to be packing the unit top and bottom with heavy cans and jars, and i also had plenty of hardware on hand--the included screws are almost certainly up to the task, but i over-engineer to make my life more worry-free). The slides seem heavy duty and well up to the task i have set for them. i have run the slide out dozens of times in the months since i have installed it with no issues. I would definitely buy another unit from this manufacturer in the future.
