Purchased for and shipped this product to my 89 yo grandfather in SC. Arrived damaged with huge crack. Customer service was no help, wanted me to have him repair a “brand new” product before it was able to ever be used. Wouldn’t give me the option or information to return or replace the product, only insisted since it was under warranty I accept the replacement parts and hope I or my grandfather would be able to fix it. Wouldn’t recommend using Vevor considering their terrible customer service, why even take the risk?

DO NOT PURCHASE! The software is out of date and unusable. Waste of money! I now have a light up sign that only scrolls “welcome”

Love the sign, the lighting is bright with so many different options to change colors and speed of the message. You can change the edges with different types of colors and designs. Easy to use with the app on your phone. easy to work and hang wherever you want.
