I think if you grease these spindles well the tool should last. Unfortunately the tool set was too large scale for my 1994 SAAB 900 Classic rear suspension project. I made the mistake of thinking that there were so many sleeves included that one would surely fit, but they did not. There also have to be duplicate sleeve sizes for the tool to work properly, so it just didn't have as many options as I thought which was my fault. If you're in a similar project situation as me, try using a 3 finger puller tool instead. Clamp your suspension piece in a vice, attach the three fingers to the underside of the bushing housing of the piece you're trying to remove, and use a socket wrench or impact driver to push the bushing out of its housing by twisting the central bolt down. Those popped all of my bushings out cleanly and really quickly. You can pick those up for really cheap, they're lightweight, and they don't take up much storage room.
