Customer Service is non-existent. Keep sending boiler plate responses and dragging on the return process. Buyer Beware... Labeler has issues with eye sensor

This labeler does not work. I contacted Vevor about a return and they kept sending me boilerplate responses and then stopped communication all together. Very dissatisfied with Vevor Customer service. Do not purchase this item.

We needed a down and dirty, simple to operate dispenser for a 3/8" X 1" wide lable. Speed was not a requirement but simplicity of operation was. This unit does all that the $700.00 units do with utter simplicity. Best of all, if and when it fails, it will go in the recycling bin and a replacement will be put into service. So far, it has gone over 12,000 cycles without failure . Not too bad for a cheap unit. We bought multiples as backups that sit on a shelf, just in case that remain unused.

I run a small business and need to put labels on every package going out. Since the package required two labels and this unit worked so well I purchased a second one and now shipping goes much faster.

This automatic label dispenser is great! Saves so much labor compared to manually peeling stickers. Well worth the money

Works great and has been for years! Perfect little machine to unwind labels with backing. Every label pops out with just a little left stuck to the backing so you can snatch each label when you're ready for it.

It's works very well , all my co- workers love it. I use to use this kind of machine at my last job.

Have purchased three of these labelers. All are still working great in our production department two shifts 5 days a week never had a problem with them.

Great solution for label dispensing. Returned to buy another. Greatly improved speed of our process. Easy to set up and install.

These work perfect for holding a couple of different sizes of tape. I use it to dispense masking tape for bindings. Don't know how I lived without this thing for so long.
