Then when you contact them to return it they want you so send them a video or pictures of it broken, So don't take it back off until you have evidence

I did not receive the product but a refund was provided. I will reorder the product but I don't know why they gave a refund instead of sending what I ordered. I waited almost a month when it said three day delivery. I ordered two other items that came within a week. It set the plumbers deadline back and now I have to wait for his availability again. Tragic 😥

Quality brass construction with a very good finish coating, the only potential problem I see with it is the pipes seem a little thinner than I'd like them to be, just be careful installing it and you should be fine
