I like that it is assembled quick and basic it works as said and it already has made me sweat off some stress so super happy about that down is the plastic tubing gets I super hot so if the steamer needs to get moved be extra careful cuz super hot other than that it’s great and I love it

I have been using this sauna every day for around a week. I ordered this for myself. However, I have had my husband try it and he really enjoys it after a run. The chair is small for his 6'2 size and its a little harder for him to get in at the medium height I ordered. I am 5'6 and the mini chair is a lot more comfortable for me. If you have a taller man in your home, I recommend getting the larger size although I am not sure the chair will change. The floor space is limited which means positioning the steam pot away from your feet can be a challenge. I also line the floor with a plastic bag and a towel on top of the provided moisture pad. It is an amazing resource and heats up! No issues so far and hope it continues to work well. I think I prefer steam over infrared for the moisture benefits.

Fairly easy to set up. Reasonable price. Can easily take down and move it.
