Top fittings leaked, but after i removed the two brass fittings as suggested by a previous reviewer I found the outflow labeled side actually flows to the bottom of the tank, and the other side flow from the top. The 3rd drawing on the web page shows correctly the inflow should flow to the bottom. Simply reverse the two brass fittings the leaks stopped and flow was better. The plastic lid was molded with the wrong label. Simple fix and works great.

This product is everything it said and easy to hook up. Recharge is in step by step instructions a works very well in hard water areas. Very pleasant when showering, and dishes spot free! Recommend for rvers especially in FT.

Well packaged, performs great! Love having soft water in the RV! Can definitely tell the difference when using the shower.

It works excellent. Our campground has lots of rust and water odor. This takes all of it out. The showers feel nice and the soap lathers much better. Others here who have it say it lasts for 2 months with weekend use. We have 5 people in our family showering and washing dishes each night and we all love it. Everyone we talked to said it's a must have. Very good buy and its priced right...

We are camping on Lake Mead, which has the hardest water in the United States. Works vey well and easy to transport.

Nice and easy to set up. Everything I needed and more was in the package. Took a full day before we felt the full benefits of this wster softener. Three weeks down the road it is working extremely well.

When I got mine, the flow through the head was reverse of what it should be. The flow was entering the outlet and dumping out at the top and draining down through the media and entering the inlet spout and flowing through using that path. In a deionizer, water is supposed to flown down the inlet spout toward the bottom of the tank then flow up through the media, this is how channeling is prevented. I had to switch the brass fittings on the head around. Make sure to check yours because if mine was wrong, yours probably is too

The fittings they provide are in violations of the US Safe Water Drinking act and they do not tell you they are not safe for drinking water. That is against us law. When I told them about it they responded with \"So use your own fittings.\" THE PARTS THEY SAY TO USE ARE NOT MADE FOR DRINKING AND BY NOT TELLING YOU CAN OPEN THEM US TO ACTION BY THE EPA FOR NOT WARNING YOU ABOUT IT.
