So far so good , two months use. Water taste and smells better and is softer. That’s what we got it for, the well we are on is pretty hard water. Product easy to set up and works well. Good quality for the cost!!

I am very pleased with the water softener performance. I am in Australia and the fittings were, I believe, made for the U.S. and not metric. I spent two days of frustration trying to stop it leaking and blowing off fittings. I paid $100 for a plumber who provided fittings which worked and got it hooked up without leaking. I give it a high rating and love the soft water it provides for my caravan.

Great unit, comes with everything needed to hook it up. Nice looking unit and comes with a jacket. Works very well and when it is time to replace it I will purchase this unit again.

We camp quite often and I use this to lower the calcium and magnesium levels which cause water spots and deterioration of plumbing spigots. I must say I also use a triple filter to remove solids. Have use this over 4 months and the water is crystal clear. No water spots on shower doors, sinks, anything. When moving I follow the instructions and drain the filter and then have to flush 5-10 gallons of water through it. A very nice upgrade if you camp a lot and want the best water.

Washed 2 black cars and no spots! Before the water spots were terrible!

Exterior window washing highly recommend, (side note 3 pre-filters prior to Softener, 20 micron Aqua Crest, 5 micron sedi + Descaler and 1 micron Carbon Block) Spot free when dries!
