Sturdy, good quality, easy to instsll

Son installed this in about 1/2 hr, it’s allowed me at 76 in get in and out of the pool so much easier and safer than without it

took 10 minutes to install and works perfect. I'm 6 ft 6 300 lb bad knees and back this made swimming fun again just to be able to get in and out of the pool.

Easy to install with two people and a hammer drill.

Just installed it today. The product looks beefy and strong. But the tools provided to install the bolts are inadequate. The supplied 12mm masonry bit is of poor quality and only drilled two of the four required holes before it was completely shot, so I had to purchase another bit. Note that 12mm is a metric size and not readily available locally, so I got one on Amazon. The tiny, stamped metal wrench would never be able to tighten the bolts. I had to use a long-handled ratchet wrench.

Its very sturdy and easy to install!

Did not realize how heavy this item was going to be. It is definitely durable.
