Worst customer support ever, email only, still haven't resolved my issue and it's been over a month and several emails, I just gave up a went to another source.

Awful flimsy product

Got to put around pool, material seems of quality but it does not stay up. I’d prob have to spend quite a bit more to try and anchor it into the ground, as the cheap short plastic anchors they provide are not long enough to provide stability in a soft ground. The slightest bump into it sends it down. It’s Now snowing in PA where simply snowing made walls fall in toward pool. It’s the Worst couple hundred bucks spent.
