This item worked great with our swim spa solar cover. Highly recommend

as other have said, the base is a little light, can be tipped over when reeling in cover. instead of using the sandbags we fixed this by securing it to the fence with bungie cords (fence is approx 3' from the reel so it still allowed the cover to be completely unrolled onto the pool) great quality for the price, I was skeptical but it works.

This is a must for you pool cover. No big mess removing the cover when you want to swim. It is also easy to manuver.

currently priced at 112USD for our 18foot reel, this is one of the better deals going with these features. Ours was easy to assemble, and holds as expected compared to other aluminum ones I've owned and used in the past. Happy with our order, and expect a similar lifespan as other costlier ones it's replaced.

Great pool cover reel. Well priced. Only one change made. Instead of small screws to hold the pipe sections together, I used 6 X 6 grub screws. Thar way nothing protrudes and can tear the cover. Otherwise, excellent.

The instructions provided were for a different roller. I had to guess where everything went. Once I sorted it out the roller seems to be good value for money.

Works perfectly. Instructions to put it together were a little basic so take your time.

Excellent pool reel. Have to support centre of roll when installing screws with Loctite. Very happy with this product
