Very pleased with pocket hole jig can be mounted or clamped. It comes in very handy for my wood working projects my wife has lined up for me.

Not much instructions, seems to be very sturdy, The screws that come with the unit are soft , and the heads strip very easy

I bought this for the 1 1/2” feature. There was barely enough room for the bit to go into the drill. Got stuck a couple of times due to not enough bite on the bit. Other than that I really like it. Definitely a good value and I think it will be great for thinner wood projects. The case is very nice, helps keep all the pieces in one place.

I bought this to compare it with my expensive nam. e brand pocket hole tool. One fourth the price and it performs as well as the name brand. The drill bit and Phillips bit may not be as good as the name brand but after drilling and screwing over 100 screws the drill bit is still sharp and the Phillips bit is still looking good. I would recommend this to all woodworkers

My only complaint is that the bit doesn't make a smooth hole in the wood. It's hidden so it's not a huge deal but I did look for a replacement and I'm finding it difficult to match the size.
