I have to admit.. I was a bit of a sceptic at the price.. but after receiving it looked great out of the box.. The first use and every other since then is great.. highly recommend. Tensions well, heats to melt with friction and cuts beautifully.. Was not able to upload photos

Does not adequately tighten and when we weld it cuts the band. We have tried adjusting per instructions but just DOES NOT WORK. Having a problem returning it which is annoying since I am or was a customer who has bought quite a bit from this company

Machine failed on the 2nd day of use. An internal O ring failed and we can't find a similar size o ring to replace it with. We have purchased a few Vevor tools and as a whole they are good quality. This however wasn't and even if we replaced the o ring it will happen again.
