After one week, Still haven’t heard about you working with me to return compactor. I have explained that this product was not meant for fine residential pavers since it leaves lots of scratches that need to be removed manually. May have to sale and loose money!

Perfect compactor for a home project. Pays for itself when you use it once. Very easy to operate and to use. Recommenced.

I bought two of these packers. Once they arrived we assembled them and checked the fluids, then tried to start them. One fired up on the few pulls but the other would not. Took off the air cleaner and it was soaked with oil. Cleaned it out and it fired up after a few more pulls. Once they were up and running we tested them out and they worked great. The throttle cable would stick every one in a while but that was an easy fix. Overall, there isn't much to complain about being they cost a considerable amount less than a name brand and still less than harbor freight. For the cost of a few days of renting, you can buy this and have it for future projects or sell it. That being said, it is a great buy.

The packaging was destroyed. Oil everywhere. Contacted vevor. Read the manual and watched a YouTube video on the set up and it works as expected. The machine is solid. It loses a star for poor shipping handling.

It’s a very useful equipment. Very well built. I was able to sand and compact my pavers with ease. Highly recommended.

Great looking machine that arrived half out of the foam filled box. Made it here without a scratch. Started right up after I realised gas ON-OFF valve was oddly labeled. Ran about 60 seconds before ejecting two screws holding muffler heat shroud on. Also, vibrator housing fluid check plug is severely painted on. Needs to have taller bolt in place to overcome the paint without stripping. Will resort to cutting paint away and trying penetrant oil on next try. There is no customer service number for Vevor. Everything is handled by e-mail. Two weeks after e-mail inquiry, no response. Had I gotten a quick response from customer service, I probably would have given it 4 stars. So far, nothing major I could not resolve myself. Hoping all problems are behind me...

It works well and runs good out of the box. Couldn't ask for much more for the money. I've said all I'm going to say, even though it says my review much be 100 characters or more.

leaks oil like crazy was covered wit oil when i got it don't use much leaks a lot of oil not to happy with it i figure get what you pay for don't want to try to return box was all oily an busted up

Good points for being a beast if a machine it works very well. Has great down force for compacting. Instructions are difficult to understand. Also the instructions said the unit is shipped dry with no oil in the engine or gearbox. I found out that mine came with oil in it as it overflowed when input in the required measured amount, made a mess draining. Overall a good purchase as it was the same price as renting for two days from the local tool rental. I rwcomend this unit and company. Shipping was quick.

I went to HD to rent a plate compactor for a week and I could buy this machine for the same money. A real no brainer. 110 yds of gravel later and I am a happy guy. Great machine. Buy it
