I prefer the bins that can be stacked directly on top of each other usually, as those don't require as much vertical clearance on a shelf and I can pull the bins out to go through them. Since these ones are not very deep, not being able to pull out a bin isn't a huge loss. There are also some merits to this design, such as being able to lock bins together in rows and not just columns. The bins and legs all appear sturdy, but the legs especially in my batch suffered from low production quality. Many of the legs had excess plastic on the parts that were meant to slide into the bins. This meant a lot of trimming or extra force to get them inserted. This was a bit frustrating, even at this price point. Quality issues aside, I do recommend these.
