Pizza steel
Bought this for a small convection oven to regulate temperature after opening the door. Does a great job of retaining heat. Stays warm long after I shut the oven down. Buying one (maybe more) for the home oven

Perfect pizzas
This really makes professional pizzas the only issue the finger holes need to be deburred and could be a bit bigger. This does not effect baking. Crust of frozen and hand tossed come out crisp all the way to the center. This is the perfect size.

Seriously, *the* way to make pizzas at home
After extensive experimentation/hair-pulling/botched results, please consider sparing yourself the headache of stones and opting for steel. Regardless of your heat source: electric, propane, wood - steel is the way to go for consistent amazing results. Are there applications that use stone to great effect? Yes. But those are engineered that way. Most people don't have systems that benefit from that kind of engineering. If you want to work with your oven/grill/outdoor pizza cooker just get a steel and be done with it. PRO TIP: the thicker the better if you're going to be doing multiple pizzas as it carries the heat even better.

Great for using in a toaster oven!
This fits perfectly in our Breville Smart Oven Air. It creates a very nice even heat, perfect for baking projects and making excellent pizza with perfect crust! It's really hard to find a steel that fits a toaster oven, but this one is the perfect size.

used once so far and can say WOW!! what a difference over a pizza stone! follow instructions for pretreatment and your good to go. buy pizza crust from Gordon's food service, and ya end up with pizza as good as any store bought.

Hot Pizza Steel
This steel really aids crisping the crust and is big enough to accommodate larger pizzas. The 3/8 inch thick steel makes it a bit heavy to move and the pre-seasoning could be a bit better
