Absolute junk
The hinge mechanism blew up after one day of use, the pieces flew out all over my crawl space. This tool is absolute junk. I've requested a refund. The Vevor refund process, in a world where we have things like Amazon which has an outstanding customer service process, is difficult and fussy and time-consuming. I will see how they handle this. I've had some luck with some Vevor purchases but this one shakes my confidence.

Great Budget Expander Tool
This PEX A Tube Expander is beefy! The handles are cast - not just metal tubes, and the expander head is solid steel. If there is any possible weak point in this PEX Tube Expander, it would be the pin that connects the handle to the press-in-cone. But I don't expect that to break because it's also steel. And if it ever DID break (because you are Clark Kent), it would be a simple matter to replace it with a bolt or press-in pin. I appreciate that this came with 1/2, 3/4, and 1 inch tube expander heads. The case has slots for additional heads, should you need them (3/8 inch, for example.) I tried this a few times and it works okay, but I'm thinking that maybe a few hundred extra dollars for a battery-operated PEX Tube Expander might be in my future. I'm 70, and this expander tool is a workout for me and is pretty slow. Not as slow as soldering copper, but slow when compared to those fancy electric expander tools. VEVOR - why don't you make an electric expander tool?

I've used it several times.
I've used this tool several times in the process of building the fresh water system on my sailboat refit. I find it easy to use even with my rotator cuff injured right arm. It works smoothly resulting in a nicely expanded tube that fits easily over the fitting.
