Customer service said this is a typo. Super easy to assemble. I love it!!!

The space inside is perfect. I have two English Bulldogs weighing about 50 & 60 pounds each. They both fit fine inside. When assembling there was no real lock for the front tires. If the stroller happened to lift up on the front, a wheel would just pop off. It served the purpose I needed so it is ok.

Love this stroller we have two elderly medium size dogs and they can both ride when necessary. Folds up nice.
