Was surprised at how sturdy the table is. The arm across could be more sturdy. It would be improved greatly if taller (the arm, not the table) and if the loop was movable. My loops and groomers helper all seem too long

This is a great grooming table. Although well packed, it came with a damaged adjustment knob. Customer service is handled via the manufacturer website and is exceptional. There was no difficulty in getting the replacement part.
