Set up wasn’t too bad, it’s held up through some heavy wind and rain, and most importantly kept the mosquitos away.

I’m really please with our 10x13 gazebo. It went up fairly easily, just a couple of minor manufacturing defects that we were able to fix and continue with assembly. We screwed it into our deck, and we close the walls when it’s not in use in order to avoid wind damage. I love that there are both screens and curtains. My only real complaint is that the zippers should start at the bottom and not the top. It’s a very tall structure, so trying to line up the zippers up way above my head on a stool is not the easiest. Makes more sense to have that at the bottom. Another adjustment that would really help is to have some weights of some sort at the bottom of the curtain and screen panels, so they don’t billow in the wind. But, if you tie them back to the poles with the provided Velcro wraps, they are fine. We love the look of it, the height, we’re able to fit our outdoor love seat, coffee table, 2 arm chairs and 2 ottomans, and a fan under it comfortably. Lots of time out here enjoying our yard away from the mosquitoes and rain these last few weeks!

Good quality I ordered this and when delivered I noticed the box damaged and a lot of tape but I don't like to return stuff especially as heavy as this was I start assembling this as I was to the roof I was missing 2 major poles and fasteners I contacted company and after a few different emails they finally sent me the poles and fasteners that I needed to finish putting it together it took about 3 weeks to get the missing parts but I do like it this was the second one I bought the first one was from big lots and was in stock everything was there I'm pleased with it and Vevor for getting me the missing parts.

Our neighbor is now interested in our new gazebo. We enjoy the openness of the high ceiling. Easy to follow instructions. We do wish replacement tops were an option. Did I miss the tops for future?

The gazebo was shippped quickly and it came with all of the parts and pieces. When at the ballpark you want to open and get shade as quick as possible. There are canopy shelters that come with this, which are nice, just remember to remove those if they are not immediately needed. Also I used the white metal corner pieces to keep the 4 ends from sagging. However, I misplaced the metal corner pieces and don't know how to replace these pieces. Lastly the bag was not made to last. 2 different trips and the zipper broke.

I were just looking back at all that I order, but I never received this tent. I stay so busy because I have my own business. I always order all of my stuff for my business from this company, but I know that I haven't seen this order. Please respond to my concern. I needs to know why I haven't got this order. Thanks....

I got this canopy and put this together myself. I really like the build quality. Only a few parts that didn't line up but we still within tolerances. Easy to set up. I like the curtain rod style set-up for the screens. You can push them aside without bunching them in the corners. I would get this again.

It withheld Dallas weather we had last month. With winds up to 90mph. One of the poles did bend and the screw came off the top but overall very good condition

I love the thicker poles , it provides better support especially on windy days

It fits great where I needed it. Seems to be pretty sturdy.
