Quality is ok, not top of the line. We wanted something to shade us from the sun in the mornings and we thought ok, not the best rated but a bargain and what did we have to lose, couple hundred bucks. Was really hard to install and figure out but patience got us there and I’m very happy with the end result. I do not like that vevor puts advertising on the valance. I removed the label but holes remain, albeit obscure and not really noticeable. Stop doing that Vevor! It’s not free advertising. So bottom line, take your time, expect some headaches, and consider different hardware for the brackets. We have fascia brick and a 6 inch fastener wasn’t going to work. But if you can see through all of that, you’ll end up with a nice awning that appears like it should last for less than $200. Worth it in my opinon. Good luck!

We installed it over our rear sliding glass door.

I've been try to come up with something to offer some shade for the second floor balcony. It faces east so it gets a lot of sun, especially in the first half of the day. It makes my son's room very warm. I think I paid $139. I think its pretty decent for that money. 1. The directions could be better. 2. My house has cedar siding. I did not use the compression bolts that came with it. I cutout the siding and put a block of pvc lumber in there to mount the bracket to.I used some construction adhesive between the pvc and the plywood sheeting. I then used a lag with washer to go though bracket, pvc and sheeting. Overall, it ended up being pretty sturdy. 3. Make sure it's level. It won't roll in and out properly if it isn't. 4. You definitely need two people for this. It will make your life a lot easier. So we will see if how it holds up. When it cools down I'd like to change the blocks behind the mounting brackets to something larger to add some strength, but its fine for now.

Awning looks good and works as expected. Longevity is the only aspect that concerns me. But for now, I have gotten plenty of good comments from neighbors and friends.

It's very nice to work outside and a place to have a good work shop and sometime being outside is more light on what you are working with and it's very cool to see it work very good thanks for your help

Easy assembly and nice looking. Product performed as advertised, but was the wrong size for my application.

These awnings are awesome, but I didn't realize it came in many pieces that needed to be put together, so plan on spending some time assembling it. The instructions are not the easiest to follow, but I managed to assemble it and put it up myself in about an hour. The height and angle of the awning is adjustable and it comes with a privacy cover if you need it. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely buy it again. Thanks, Vevor!

Took an hour to put together but definitely worth it amazing for the price

It may not last but I love it! Definitely need to be mechanically inclined for installation!
